If the City dock is under utilized or requires too much money to maintain why not dismantle and use for the fishing pier on Lake Gerar

The beach doesnt have a place for the vistors to actually change into and out their swim gear for the beach at rehobath beach. they dont let you change in the restrooms and i know not everybody wants to stay in their swim gear after they are finished swimming at the beach and they don't to expose their selves in their cars and in the public to change out of their swimming suits and gear. i had to change in the restroom anyway because i didn't want to expose myself and i didn't people just looking at me when i'm in car changing out of my swimsuit. they need to add a changing station building to change and clean up their selves for after the vistors are done swimming and they don't want to expose their selves in public eyes view just to get changed out of their swimming gear and suits. they can make the building have more than one floor in case there is a lot of people trying to change with a lot of changing stalls and showering stalls to clean up the sand and beach soil from swimming. There also needs to be privacy in each stall like a door to open and close in each stall so that people can't easily open peoples' curtains in each stall. The changing station building has to be also accommodate the disabled and handicap people too with ramps, and stairs with rails and or elevators for each floor in the changing station building with multiple floors. the emergency windows and doors and ramps would have to be not able to see people in the changing stalls for privacy for changing.

Please know that changing rooms are available seasonally at the Delaware Avenue comfort station on the boardwalk. That facility is open from approximately April 1 to December 1. Additional changing rooms will be available at the Baltimore Avenue beach patrol headquarters/public restroom facility when it opens in May.

Responsible beach behavior learning station

The beach needs a station building that has all the rights and wrong actions done at the beach with the consequences of each action done on the beach, where every visitor has to go every time they go to the beach for the day so they are educated about all the consequences of their actions they do at the beach the whole entire time they are visiting the beach area including boardwalk stores, restaurants, lounging stays, swimming behaviors, their consumption behaviors, language behaviors too with the spirit consequences of each action to not just talk about the bad behavior but actually how all their actions could affect everyone and the environment around them at the beach and in the city. they would have to have a way of knowing they went to the class at the beach before doing any actions on the beach and or city, it doesn't have to be a picture. it can be a sign in or a wrist band or cellphone number or car number. They also need to learn the laws in the area too so they know the laws in the area. They can"t just be given a booklet at the beach of all their responsibility of beach visitor behavior because not everyone would really read that booklet. some could lie and look like they read it or, heard it and or sign they read it. they have to have questionaire test about the material discussed and learned about the material where someone actually makes sure they actually have all the questions answered correctly and not just a skim look and check off like they skimmed it and let go because the actions they do at the beach is important for all especially when it seems like it only affects one person at first but it really affects more than one person at some point.

By adding disabled and local residents with indoor activities for skill development to better prepare and participate for life in the Rehoboth Beach area with skilled supervision and social support. Although the Beach is a great outdoor activity Rehoboth Beach is in need of more supervized indoor activities.

Many visitors and new residents are not aware of Rehoboth's rich history. We stand on the shoulders of many who made it what it is today and that needs to be honored and we can learn from their experiences.
